About the Foundation

The Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital is the largest freestanding, comprehensive tertiary rehabilitation hospital in Canada. With nearly 80,000 patient visits every year, our hospital helps patients living with illness, injury or chronic conditions gain or regain their independence.

Thanks to donor generosity, the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital is providing care at the forefront of innovation, helping patients - and their families - in a way that no other hospital in Canada does.

We’re privileged to see courage in action every day at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital. From traumatic brain injuries, to a child with autism discovering how to hug, or a stroke survivor saying their grandchild’s name. Determination and strength is everywhere we look.

We see that same tenacity in the work done by the talented interdisciplinary teams that support patients in their journey toward independence. The dedicated physicians, nurses and rehabilitation specialists who encourage patients to aim higher and try harder inspire courage every day.

Our donors help provide Glenrose patients with access to innovative rehabilitation equipment, programs and services needed to reach their goals.
